Position: Sales Executive (Back Office)
Experience: Fresher or 1–1.5 years in a similar field (preferably on IndiaMart or other B2B platforms)
Gender: Female only
Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Location: Kathwada GIDC
Working Hours: - 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM.
Weekly Off: - Sunday

Job Descriptions:

INDIAMART – Handling lead management, client communication,

follow-ups, and product inquiries through the IndiaMart platform.

 Manage daily IndiaMart leads and inquiries.

 Respond to client queries via call/email/chat in a professional and timely manner.

 Prepare quotations and follow up with potential clients.

 Maintain records of customer interactions and sales leads in an Excel sheet.

 Coordinate with the technical team for product details and pricing.

 Support the sales team in documentation and other administrative tasks.

 Build and maintain strong client relationships.
