About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and target-driven professionals to join our growing team in the Modular Switches industry. As a Sales Executive or Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong dealer/distributor relationships, and expanding our brand presence in the Haryana market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage dealer & distributor networks in assigned territories
• Promote and sell our lighting products to B2B clients and retail partners
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships
• Conduct market visits to monitor competitor activities and gather insights
• Provide timely reports and sales forecasts to management

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in the Modular Switches and accessories.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel extensively within Haryana
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
