Job Description

Sales Executive (Kannada Language Required)

Role OverviewThe Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting products/services in regions where Kannada is the primary language. Fluency in Kannada is essential to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation

Identify potential customers through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.

Client Relationship Management

Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Handle client queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.

Sales Presentations & Negotiations

Deliver product/service presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.
Ensure alignment between customer expectations and company offerings.

Target Achievement

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Track progress against KPIs and report performance to management.

Market & Competitor Analysis

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Provide insights to management for product positioning and strategy.

Collaboration

Work closely with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales goals.
Coordinate with operations and customer support to ensure smooth delivery.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.

Continuous Improvement

Stay updated with product knowledge and industry developments.
Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills.
