Sales Executive

We are looking for experienced Sales Executives to join our sales team. The role focuses on promoting 3 BHK residential apartments in the Mohan Garden and Om Vihar areas of Delhi. Incentive-based earnings with high potential for performers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and assist walk-in clients at the site/office.
• Call prospective buyers from a provided database and respond to incoming leads.
• Explain project details including features, pricing, and benefits of the location.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested clients.
• Follow up with leads regularly to ensure visit attendance and gather feedback.
• Maintain and update lead status in the CRM system.
• Handle client queries and objections professionally and effectively.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and closure

Requirements:

• Experience in real estate sales will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong follow-up and client-handling abilities.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
