Job Description
Attend Walk in clients and deliver detailed project presentation.
Conduct Site Visits and convert inquiries into bookings.
Maintain lead follow-up trackers and ensure timely follow-up.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.
Provide customers with accurate pricing , inventory and offer details.
Assist clients with booking formalities and basic documentation.
Coordinate with CRM for post sales processes.
Participate in marketing events, exhibitions and sales promotions.
Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience at all touchpoints.
Skill Required.
Experience : 1-4 years (Real-estate)
Must be gradate / Postgraduate with basic knowledge of MS excel and MS word.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
