Sales Excutive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a well-groomed, customer-focused Sales Executive with a passion for luxury retail and fine jewellery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving in-store sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and building lasting relationships with clients to support repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Engagement & Sales

• Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism
• Understand customer requirements and provide product recommendations
• Explain features, purity, pricing, and making charges of jewellery items
• Upsell and cross-sell products to meet individual and store sales targets
• Maintain deep product knowledge across all collections

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Build rapport with customers and ensure a personalized shopping experience
• Collect and maintain customer data for follow-up and loyalty programs
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
• Follow up with clients for after-sales services and future sales opportunities

3. Store Operations

• Ensure merchandise is displayed neatly and attractively
• Perform stock checks and support daily inventory audits
• Assist with tagging, labeling, and replenishment of jewellery items
• Maintain cleanliness and security protocols on the sales floor

4. Billing & Documentation

• Coordinate with the cashier to ensure accurate billing
• Help prepare necessary documentation for high-value purchases (KYC, invoices, etc.)
• Understand and explain exchange/return policies to customers

5. Product & Market Knowledge

• Stay updated on latest jewellery trends, collections, and promotions
• Attend product and sales training sessions as scheduled
• Understand competitors’ offerings to confidently position own products

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Attention to detail and high standards of personal grooming
• Basic knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone certification (preferred)
• Fluency in English and local language(s)
• Tech-savvy with basic billing/CRM systems (training will be provided)

Preferred Experience:

• Sales experience in jewellery, luxury fashion, or lifestyle retail
• Comfort in working under target-driven environments
• Prior experience dealing with high-net-worth customers is a bonus

Work Environment:

• Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and in rotational shifts
• Standing for extended hours as part of front-line retail operations
• Adherence to store dress code and grooming standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
