Sales Excutive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions over the phone, understanding client needs, offering suitable services or products, and closing sales efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a target-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce and promote company products/services.
• Handle inbound client queries and provide relevant product/service information.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Follow up on leads provided through marketing campaigns and convert them into sales.
• Maintain a daily record of calls, interactions, and sales conversions.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align on targets and strategies.
• Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide excellent after-sales service and support.
