Job Description

  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, and inbound inquiries.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with B2B customers and decision-makers.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable networking and hardware solutions.
  • Provide excellent pre-sales and after-sales support to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of networking products (e.g., switches, routers, firewalls), hardware (e.g., servers, workstations, accessories), and support services.
  • Present products and services effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Attend product training sessions and vendor webinars as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications in CRM software.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and report performance metrics to the Sales Manager.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
