Role Overview: As a Customer Success Analytics Sales Enablement Lead (CSA SEL) at our company, you will have a unique opportunity to drive business growth for the Asia region. You will collaborate closely with the Regional Go-To-Market (GTM) leads and Sales, Enablement & Operations (SE&O) peers in the Operating Unit (OU) to identify growth opportunities, leverage analytics and actionable insights, and prioritize sales efforts, including the use of propensity models. Your role will also involve serving as a subject matter expert (SME) to support the SE&O team with enablement and execution. Key Responsibilities: - Generate actionable business insights to propel business growth. - Integrate business insights with actionable outcomes to enhance execution and inform business decision-making processes. - Provide expertise to the Microsoft business by offering relevant data, insights, risks, and recommendations needed to drive strategy execution. - Promote sales process discipline, adherence to standards, excellence in execution, and maintain pipeline health. - Share best practices within your team to foster continuous improvement.
