As a Customer Success Analytics Sales Enablement Lead (CSA SEL) at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth for Asia. Working closely with the Regional Go-To-Market (GTM) leads and Sales, Enablement & Operations (SE&O) peers within the Operating Unit (OU), you will leverage analytics and actionable insights to identify opportunities and prioritize sales motions, including the use of propensity models. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping the OU SE&O team with enablement and execution. Responsibilities: - Generate actionable business insights to facilitate business growth. - Integrate business insights with actionable outcomes to drive execution and enhance the business decision-making process. - Act as a subject matter expert providing Microsoft business with relevant data, insights, risks, and recommendations to support strategy execution. - Ensure sales process discipline, adherence to standards, excellence in execution, and maintain pipeline health. - Share best practices within your team. Qualifications: Required/Minimum Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience utilizing data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions. - 5+ years of experience in managing relationships with stakeholders. - Bachelor's Degree in a related field. - 5+ years of experience in managing projects, including planning, managing timelines, tracking progress, and/or change management experience.,
