Job Profile: Sales & Event ManagerPosition Overview

The Sales & Event Manager will be responsible for driving event sales, building strong client relationships, and executing successful events from concept to completion. This role requires a dynamic, organized, and target-oriented professional with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in event planning and management.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

• Identify and generate new business leads for events, partnerships, and corporate bookings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and vendors.
• Create and present event proposals, quotations, and sales pitches.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a database of potential clients and regularly follow up.

Event Planning & Management

• Coordinate all aspects of event execution, including décor, production, entertainment, logistics, and hospitality.
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Conduct site visits, pre-event briefings, and post-event evaluations.
• Ensure all events meet brand standards, budgets, and timelines.

Client Coordination

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from planning to post-event.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into detailed event plans.
• Handle client queries, changes, and approvals in a professional manner.

Marketing & Promotion

• Collaborate with the marketing team for event promotional activities.
• Support digital/social media campaigns for event visibility and sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,910.67 - ₹40,000.00 per month
