Sales Estimation Coordinator

You will be responsible for preparing complete cost estimations for MEP elements, including material, labor, equipment, testing/commissioning man-hours, and direct/indirect resources in alignment with BOQ, project specifications, and standards. Your key responsibilities will include: - Studying tender documents such as drawings, project specifications, BOQ, scope of work, contracts, PO details, and conditions. - Conducting quantities take off and obtaining competitive quotations from suppliers. - Creating comprehensive quotes for FL product lines. - Implementing pricing strategy as directed by top management. - Collaborating with the operation and technical team before estimation. - Determining direct cost resources needed for various activities. - Calculating man-hours for different activities. - Addressing technical discrepancies in tender documents by preparing technical clarifications for the client. - Participating in pre-tender meetings, site visits, and preparing site visit reports to analyze project scope. - Evaluating supplier technical and commercial offers based on project specifications. - Generating a vendors cost comparative study report for vendor selection. - Compiling vendors" technical data sheets, specifications, and drawings in line with tender documents for technical bid submission. - Coordinating post-tender technical and commercial clarifications. - Assisting in post-tender commercial negotiations with clients and vendors for competitive pricing. - Performing cost analysis to optimize procurement options. - Controlling costs of projects. Skills Desired: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma. - Proven experience in estimation engineering, especially in Mechanical. - Strong analytical and attention to detail skills. - Effective coordination and communication abilities. - Proficiency in industry-specific estimation techniques and maintenance standards. - Documentation management and transparency. - Problem-solving mindset and collaborative attitude.
