Job Description

Technical Sales & Client Management:

  • Drive technical sales for waterproofing products in building and infrastructure projects
  • Understand and interpret client specifications to ensure product suitability and compliance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support sales growth and repeat business

Product Development & Approvals:

  • Collaborate with product teams to contribute to product development and customization based on market and client needs
  • Manage and facilitate product approvals from relevant authorities and clients ensuring timely compliance

Team Leadership & Coordination:

  • Lead and guide the sales team to achieve targets and enhance product penetration in assigned territories
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of sales processes and technical support

Project & Market Expertise:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of waterproofing solutions and their applications in various infrastructure projects
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
