Job Description

Technical Sales & Client Management:

Drive technical sales for waterproofing products in building and infrastructure projects
Understand and interpret client specifications to ensure product suitability and compliance
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support sales growth and repeat business

Product Development & Approvals:

Collaborate with product teams to contribute to product development and customization based on market and client needs
Manage and facilitate product approvals from relevant authorities and clients ensuring timely compliance

Team Leadership & Coordination:

Lead and guide the sales team to achieve targets and enhance product penetration in assigned territories
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of sales processes and technical support

Project & Market Expertise:

Develop in-depth knowledge of waterproofing solutions and their applications in various infrastructure projects
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
