Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial automation and control panel sectors. Engage with prospective clients to understand their technical requirements and recommend tailored solutions from our portfolio (including PLC Panels, MCC, PCC, Drive Panels , etc.). Prepare and deliver impactful technical presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients. Collaborate closely with internal design and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met within project timelines. Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial terms in coordination with senior management. Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Represent the company at trade shows , exhibitions , and industry events to promote product offerings and build market presence. Gather and share market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights to support business strategy and product development. Regularly prepare and submit sales reports, revenue forecasts, and competitor analysis to management. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation , or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing of electrical control panels and industrial automation products . In-depth knowledge of PLC systems, MCC/PCC panels, VFD/Drive panels, control desks, and relevant electrical systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities. Self-driven , result-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Eagerness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and technologies. Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, presentations, and business development activities.
