Key Responsibilities of a Technical Sales Engineer:

Client Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing ongoing support.
Technical Expertise:
Possessing a deep understanding of the company's products and services, and being able to explain their technical specifications and benefits to clients.
Product Demonstrations and Presentations:
Delivering compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and functionality of the products or services.
Role & responsibilities
Solution Selling:
Identifying and analyzing customer needs, and then proposing tailored solutions that address those needs using the company's products or services.
Technical Support:
Providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Working closely with engineering, product development, and sales teams to ensure that products meet customer
requirements and market demands.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Contributing to the development of sales strategies and proposals, and participating in sales meetings and events.
Market Analysis:
Staying up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve products.
Negotiation and Closing:
Assisting with the negotiation of sales contracts and terms, and closing deals.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and technical information.
