Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team . The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, coupled with excellent communication skills to support our sales efforts. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, and providing technical expertise throughout the sales process.

Qualification: B.tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned region
  • Generate enquiries, preparation and submission of offers/quotations to clients on time.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis
  • Present technical product solutions to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and technical proposals.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers, ensuring satisfaction with product installation and usage.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Work closely with the marketing and engineering teams to ensure alignment in sales and product offerings.
  • On time collection of payments and credit control
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients for repeat business opportunities.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge about Food, Cement, Beverages industries will be an added advantage
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
