The Sales Engineer is responsible for actively supporting the product evaluation stage of the sales process
working in conjunction with the sales team.

People with high energy level and positive attitude, shall be able to cover the market and communicate with decision makers to bring profitable business to the organization.

Sales executive's role is to be the key point of contact between company and its Business Partner/Customer/Franchise/ answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products.

The Sales Engineer will also provide post-sales support, including identifying any issues that may arise during onboarding of users to assure customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

Knowledge in Rubber, Chemical, Paint, Plastics, Polymer Industry

Sales experience in Chemicals , Rubber, Polymer & PVC-Plastics Industries. (Any other industry also accepted)

Good knowledge about buying and selling products.

Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers

Good professional email writing skills.

Ensure efficient processing of sales orders, liaising with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery, and following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Assist in coordinating meetings and site visits.

Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products and services, promptly addressing customer inquiries and ensuring outstanding customer service.

The ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

Pls note - There would be Mandatory service agreement between company and employees for 5 years with 3 months notice period.
