Sales Engineer/ Sr Sales Engineer (Communication Test Equipment)

You will be responsible for selling test & measurement solutions to Aarjay's current and new customers in the assigned territory. This includes managing the entire sales process from generating leads to closing the deal and providing post-sales support. You will need to conduct preliminary technical discussions with the customer to gather requirements and negotiate on commercial terms. Meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will be expected to travel as required for the job. Key Responsibilities: - Sell test & measurement solutions to current and new customers - Manage the complete sales process including lead generation, deal closure, and post-sales support - Conduct technical discussions with customers to understand their requirements - Negotiate commercial terms - Achieve or surpass sales targets - Travel as necessary for the job Qualifications Required: - Diploma/ B.Tech/ B.E. in Electronics/ Electrical / Instrumentation - 4-15 years of B2B sales experience selling Test & Measurement solutions - Thorough knowledge of electronics T&M products in Telecom and RF & Microwave fields - Previous experience in industries like automotive, aerospace, ISRO, defence, data centers is preferred - Strong communication skills in English and one or more local languages such as Kannada and Hindi,
