Job Description

Role & responsibilities Key skills needed for the role: Sales and business development experience spanning 3 years in the related segments (Cold chain, Agri business, logistics management, food processing and logistics). B.Tech or BE preferred. Experience in Key Account sales preferred. Presentation and Demonstration: You will deliver presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our products and how they meet customer needs. Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Support: You will provide technical support throughout the sales process, from initial inquiries to implementation and beyond. Customer Relationship Management: You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Market Research and Analysis: You will need to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to better understand customer needs and improve product offerings. Negotiation and Contract Management: You will assist with the technical aspects of contract negotiations. Generating Leads: You may be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will be required to create and leverage partnerships with 3PL, distributors, logistics and others to drive in predictable revenues Key Responsibilities Technical Expertise: You will need to develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services and be able to explain complex technical details to customers. Preferred candidate profile Experience Required : Minimum 3 years Qualification : B.Tech or BE preferred. CTC : 40,000 55,000 per month fixed plus additional variable payout based on sales achievement
