Job Description

You will be working as a Sales Engineer for LV Switchgear & Panel Products in the Smart Infrastructure Division at Siemens Ltd. Your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by focusing on Panel Builders and EPC customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and grow business from existing customers, new prospects, and competitor accounts. - Promote the complete range of LV switchgear and panel products. - Manage the entire sales cycle including lead generation, product selection, proposal preparation, negotiation, and order finalization. - Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and seminars to educate customers on Siemens solutions. - Maintain structured sales processes like planning, visit reporting, and timely order booking. - Build strong relationships with key customers to ensure high satisfaction levels. - Monitor market trends and provide insights into competitor activities and developments. - Ensure compliance with internal sales processes, documentation, and approval workflows. - Regularly update the CRM system with accurate and timely information. **Candidate Profile:** - B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 5-10 years of proven sales experience. - Strong knowledge of LV switchgear products and market dynamics. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset. - Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales reporting. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and analytical skills to utilize resources for business development.
