Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, located in Pune. The Sales Engineer will handle responsibilities such as addressing customer inquiries, providing technical support, conducting client meetings, and developing sales strategies tailored to the cold storage sector. Additional tasks will include preparing proposals, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to understand technical requirements and communicate solutions effectively.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address customer needs.
• Experience in Sales with a proven ability to promote products, close deals, and achieve targets.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to offer customized technical solutions to clients.
• A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the cold storage or refrigeration industry is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel and visit clients onsite when required.
