Sales Engineer - Electrical Automation - Applications

As a Field Sales Engineer - Business Development - Executive Sales at Pro-Arc, your primary role is to generate business in the assigned region and achieve sales targets. You will represent Pro-Arc and build brand recognition in the region. Your key responsibilities will include: - Generating sales orders for machines, retrofits, spares, and consumables - Following up on leads shared by the company and conducting cold-calling to generate business - Understanding customer requirements, coordinating with the presales team, providing quotes, organizing demonstrations, and negotiating orders - Maintaining relationships with existing customers and prospects - Providing market, product, and customer feedback to the management - Supporting service and installation teams as needed - Ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt service and timely supply of materials - Collaborating with the base team on marketing activities to enhance business and brand presence - Preparing and submitting regular reports, including MIS and expense claims - Appointing dealers and providing support to existing dealers To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in the sale of Capital Equipments, Industrial Sales, Capital Goods, CNC Machines, Fabric Laser Cutting, Welding Tools, and Automation (PLC) CNC Machinery. Additionally, you should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and a team player mindset.
