Sales Engineer - Danfoss Drives

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Regional Sales Engineer to drive the sales of Danfoss Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) specifically into the Textile Spinning Industry across Northern India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise in industrial automation, deep knowledge of VFD applications in textile machinery (e.g., ring frames, speed frames, draw frames, carding machines, winders, humidification plants), and a proven track record of sales and key account management in the region. This role is crucial for maximizing market share, achieving sales targets, and fostering long-term relationships with key customers (Spinning Mills, OEMs, and System Integrators).

• Skills:
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in solution selling and consultative sales techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is required; knowledge of a regional language is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 60-70%) within the assigned region.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
