Your responsibilities and duties will include: - Demonstrating proven sales expertise, especially in direct-to-consumer consultative sales with a focus on high ticket size products. - Assisting potential learners in finding suitable educational programs to enhance their skills and advance in their respective fields. - Guiding individuals through the decision-making process and encouraging them to enroll in the programs. - Acting as a mentor and providing valuable career advice to help learners understand how upGrad can accelerate their professional journey. - Offering personalized career counselling to help learners map out their career paths and showcasing how upGrad can support their aspirations. Basic requirements for this role: - 1 to 3 years of sales experience. - Preferably experience in sales or counselling within the Edtech sector. - Minimum graduation qualification. - Currently serving as an individual contributor. - Demonstrated success in meeting targets in your current role. Key skills needed for this position: - Effective listening skills and the ability to build trust with potential learners. - Proficiency in persuading learners to enroll in courses while maintaining ethical standards. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities. - Approach situations with patience and empathy.
