Job Description

As a Sales Director at IWG, you will be a key member of the country leadership team, responsible for driving sales performance for this dynamic and fast-growing company. Your main goal will be to maximize revenues by increasing the conversion of sales leads and driving sales growth across multiple brands. You will oversee the development and execution of the country sales plan, ensuring it aligns with customer needs and market trends. Additionally, you will spend time with existing customers to enhance satisfaction levels and identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales performance by increasing conversion rates and revenue growth across multiple brands - Develop and execute the country sales plan in alignment with customer needs - Enhance customer satisfaction by understanding their requirements and offering appropriate solutions - Collaborate with Marketing to identify new channel opportunities and execute targeted campaigns - Stay updated on the local market to ensure competitive pricing strategies - Network with the local business community to gain market intelligence and generate sales leads - Lead and motivate the local sales team to achieve targets - Work closely with Group teams to ensure sales tools are relevant and up to date Qualifications Required: - Senior B2B solution/service sales and business development background - Demonstrable track record of driving top-line sales growth and improving results consistently - Proactive networking skills to generate new leads within business communities - Strong ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions - Proficient in developing, managing, tracking, and closing sales opportunities - Flexible, broadminded, and proactive attitude towards business development - Motivated, self-reliant, and ambitious with a desire to contribute to a growth-oriented team - Ability to motivate and lead sales teams effectively, providing necessary resources and training - Proficient in monitoring and measuring performance through accurate reports - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong business relationships at a high level Join us at [IWG](www.iwgplc.com) and be part of a company that has been leading the flexible workspace revolution for over 30 years.,
