Our current GTM revolves around outbound strategies and that's where our core focus is going to be wrt our expansion plans.

If you are great with Cold Calling, writing creative emails and doing excellent research while reaching out to prospects, then this job is for you. And we don't separate Inbounds from outbounds, and every SDR gets equal opportunity to also cater to inbound leads as well.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

  • Conduct cold calling to prospective clients to identify and qualify leads.
  • Leverage LinkedIn and other social media platforms to research and connect with potential customers.
  • Utilize email campaigns to initiate contact and nurture relationships with leads.

Pipeline Development:

  • Work closely with the sales team to understand target markets, industries, and buyer personas.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities for the sales team through strategic outreach efforts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and activities in the CRM system.

Communication:

  • Craft compelling and personalised messages for cold calling scripts, LinkedIn messages, and email campaigns.
  • Articulate the value proposition of the product or service to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects through effective communication.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Graduation in any stream
  • 1-2 years of Proven experience in sales development or a similar role, with a focus on cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Desired add-ons

  • Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Should have sold in NAM for at-least 2+ years.
  • Proven experience of generating outbound demos from International market preferably US
  • Tech background or engineering degree is a plus.
