Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in IT services sales, especially within a startup environment. The role involves lead generation, client coordination, and driving business growth through online bidding platforms and modern sales tools.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and generate leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure a successful project onboarding.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market reach.
  • Maintain CRM records and update sales activities regularly.


Requirements:


  • 1–3 years of experience in IT sales / BDE roles.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and sales tools like Apollo, Lusha, and Sales Navigator.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
