Sales Development Rep Senior Analyst

As a Sales Development Rep Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will engage with customers in a consultative approach to foster relationships. Your endless curiosity in cloud and digital product markets will drive your enthusiasm for learning and discussing topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality, Internet of Things, Software as a Service, Enterprise Resource Planning, and Cloud-based solutions. Your outreach to advertisers will involve creative strategies around seasonal moments, product offerings, and more, utilizing a variety of outreach tools to establish a robust pipeline within the client CRM. Your responsibilities will encompass big-picture thinking through follow-up calls, leaving voicemails, email correspondence, social media messaging, coordinating appointments, and presenting metrics. You will embrace that B2B deals start with engaging in meaningful conversations to accurately qualify the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) of potential clients. Acting as the interface between potential digital advertisers and the client, you will drive sales by persevering through both inbound and outbound high-volume calling and prospecting efforts. To excel in this role, you are expected to have a minimum of 6 months experience in sales, customer service, sales training, or sales internship, along with 6-9 months of calling experience. A Bachelor's degree is required, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Additionally, a general understanding of Cloud infrastructure will be beneficial in executing your responsibilities effectively.
