We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Associate to support Uniify’s outbound sales efforts. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who want hands-on exposure to B2B SaaS sales and enjoy initiating conversations, building pipelines, and booking qualified demos.
You’ll work closely with senior sales leaders and play a key role in increasing demo velocity, allowing the sales team to focus on conversions.
• Research and identify potential HR and business decision-makers
• Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls
• Initiate conversations and qualify prospects based on defined criteria
• Schedule product demos for the sales team
• Maintain and update lead and outreach data
• Follow up consistently to move prospects through the funnel
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach messaging
• 0–1 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
• Fresh graduates eager to build a career in B2B SaaS sales
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and targets
• Self-driven, organised, and willing to learn
• Real-world exposure to B2B SaaS sales and customer conversations
• Mentorship from experienced sales leaders
