Sales & Design Manager

You will be joining Ergo Systems as a Sales & Design Manager in Pune. In this full-time on-site role, you will play a key role in managing sales activities, developing design concepts, and collaborating with clients to bring their design visions to life. Your responsibilities will include overseeing sales processes, conceptualizing innovative design ideas, and ensuring client satisfaction by understanding and addressing their design requirements. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in sales and marketing, along with experience in design concepts and project management. Your ability to build and maintain client relationships will be crucial, and you should be equipped with excellent communication and presentation skills. A good understanding of furniture and interior design trends is essential, and you should be able to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in design software tools will be an added advantage.
