The role is based in Bangaluru. In this role, you will drive execution excellence, streamline sales processes, and enhance sales productivity and performance organization-wide. Your responsibilities will include identifying and nurturing new business opportunities within the healthcare ecosystem, leading end-to-end sales execution processes, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring timely closure of deals, and collaborating with various teams to drive high adoption and customer satisfaction. On the sales delivery front, you will be responsible for developing scalable sales strategies, aligning operational execution, and delivering data-driven insights to optimize results. You will also design and implement scalable sales processes, playbooks, and best practices, improve the sales performance dashboard, drive sales productivity through training initiatives, and manage CRM optimization and sales tech stack tools.
