Job Description

We are hiring a Sales & Customer Support Executive for a leading company in the Cable Distribution Industry.
The ideal candidate should have experience in handling customer inquiries, order processing, and basic sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide product information (cables, electrical accessories, etc.)
• Coordinate with clients for orders, quotations, pricing, and delivery timelines
• Assist the sales team with follow-ups, documentation, and reporting
• Maintain customer records and update CRM / Excel sheets
• Support in preparing sales proposals and quotations
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Work closely with internal teams (store, logistics, accounts)

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills (Hindi, English, Marathi preferred)
• Basic knowledge of electrical/cable products preferred (not mandatory)
• Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Customer handling & sales coordination experience
• Ability to manage follow-ups and multitask

Qualifications

• Any Graduate
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Support / Customer Support

Salary

• As per industry standards (based on experience)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
