                                As a Consultant in the Sales and Customer Insights team at Thoucentric, you will play a crucial role in delivering actionable insights to clients for improving their processes through data-driven decisions. Your responsibilities will include:  - Conducting in-depth analysis of sales and customer-specific data to identify key trends and patterns for data-driven decision-making, requiring hands-on experience with data. - Understanding omnichannel sales (Offline and E-commerce) and data sources to engage in peer-level conversations with clients on emerging business requirements in the omnichannel ecosystem. - Developing and implementing strategies to enhance sales performance and customer experience. - Collaborating closely with clients to comprehend their business needs and devise customized solutions. - Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis and industry trends, particularly focusing on the user journey in E-commerce. - Communicating findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to clients. - Managing projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work, handling budget, effort tracking, and product roadmap building with multiple stakeholders. - Staying updated with industry trends in sales, customer experience, marketing analytics, and e-commerce technologies to contribute effectively to company growth through internal initiatives.  Qualifications required for this role include:  - Strong educational background in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field. - 4-6 years of experience in sales and customer analytics, with a preference for consumer industries. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in data analysis. - Prior experience in managing a product, dashboard, and working with multiple stakeholders across business and tech teams. - Good functional understanding of tech stack powering analytical dashboards. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Proficiency in data analysis/Business Intelligence/visualization tools like Excel, Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau. - Functional knowledge of predictive algorithms (Classification, Regression, Association, Clustering, etc.). - Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Shopify Analytics is a plus. - Proven ability to manage projects, deliver high-quality work on time, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. - Knowledge of industry trends in sales, customer experience, and e-commerce technologies in consumer industries. - Experience in working with cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact solutions.
