Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Sales cum Customer Service Executive to handle client coordination, sales support, and customer service activities. The role involves managing inquiries, preparing quotations, following up with clients, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide information on shipping and logistics services.
• Prepare and send quotations, follow up on leads, and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Coordinate with the UAE office, operations, and documentation teams for shipment updates.
• Maintain strong communication with existing and potential clients.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and service issues.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
• Keep records of customer interactions, bookings, and feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in shipping or freight forwarding.
• Good understanding of sea freight, air freight, and logistics operations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with email correspondence.
• Positive attitude and ability to handle clients professionally.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
