Overview:

MAAC is looking for an energetic and skilled Branch Sales Manager to manage the lead-to-enrollment process efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to convert leads into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Handling: Manage incoming leads, make follow-up calls, and nurture them through the sales funnel.
• Walk-In Conversions: Convert leads into walk-ins by guiding students on the best career courses suited for their needs.
• Assist them in choosing the right courses.
• Fee Guidance: Provide clear information about the payment process and financial options available.
• Student Queries: Address all student queries, providing them with career guidance in the animation and VFX industry.
• Growth Focus: Drive overall growth for the branch by actively working on increasing enrollment numbers.
• Reporting: Keep track of lead status, walk-ins, and enrollments, ensuring daily reports are maintained.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from a recognized university.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with potential students and parents.
• Energetic and Self-Motivated: The ideal candidate should be driven to achieve enrollment targets and contribute to the growth of the branch.
• Prior experience in sales or education counseling will be a plus.
