Role Overview – Sales Counsellor (Inside Sales):
We’re looking for dynamic freshers and professionals (0–3 years of experience) who are passionate about education, sales, and helping individuals upskill. As a Sales Counsellor, you’ll play a key role in guiding prospective learners to choose the right programs aligned with their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with 80–100 potential learners daily through phone calls
• Understand the educational background, career aspirations, and skill needs of each prospect
• Recommend suitable upskilling programs through a consultative sales approach
• Drive enrollments and contribute to weekly/monthly sales targets
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM software

Who Can Apply:

• Fresh graduates eager to start a career in EdTech sales
• Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in B2C sales, career counselling, or EdTech
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and passionate about helping others succeed
• Willing to work from our Thane office (on-site role)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory)
• Sales or counselling experience is a plus, but not required
