As a Sales Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in the client journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial inquiry through treatment completion.

  • Client Consultation: Conduct initial, in-depth consultations with prospective and current clients to thoroughly assess their specific hair and skin needs, aesthetic goals, and expectations.
  • Education and Guidance: Clearly and comprehensively educate clients about various treatment options, procedures, associated benefits, potential outcomes, and necessary aftercare.
  • Personalized Care Plans: Collaborate closely with medical professionals to develop and present personalized treatment plans that are fully aligned with the client's goals and clinical recommendations.
  • Support and Follow-Up: Provide proactive, ongoing support and follow-up communication throughout the client's treatment process to ensure high satisfaction, address any concerns promptly, and maintain commitment to the plan.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date records of all client interactions, treatment plans, progress, and financial agreements using our computer systems.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively and communicate seamlessly with medical staff (doctors, technicians) and other counsellors to ensure a unified and cohesive approach to client care.
  • Marketing and Outreach: Actively assist in outreach efforts to attract new clients. This may include promoting clinic services at community events, engaging on social media, and managing referral programs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 year of total work experience (Preferred).
  • Previous experience in counselling, sales, or client relations, preferably within a clinical, aesthetic, wellness, hospitality and healthcare
  • Knowledge Base: Strong foundational understanding of common hair and skin treatment procedures, products, and industry best practices.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Client Focus: Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a genuine, consultative desire to help clients achieve their personal aesthetic goals.
  • Operational Skills: Proven ability to effectively manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer systems for documentation, scheduling, and basic office tasks.
