Sales Counsellor – UK Market

Nextleap Education is hiring a Sales Counsellor for the UK market to guide prospective learners through our career-focused programs. This role involves consultative selling, student counselling, and converting qualified leads into enrolments.

Responsibilities

• Counsel UK-based students via phone, email, WhatsApp, and video calls
• Understand student career goals and recommend suitable programs
• Clearly explain course outcomes, duration, fees, and learning journey
• Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Prior experience in sales, counselling, or customer-facing roles
• Comfortable working in UK time zones
• Strong persuasion, empathy, and listening skills
• EdTech experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Ready To relocate at Noida, Uttar Pradesh
