We are hiring a female Retail Store Sales Associate to join our in-store sales team. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, customer-friendly, and passionate about sales. He or She will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring a smooth in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance.

• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.

• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.

• Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is well-stocked.

• Operate billing systems and manage transactions efficiently.

• Support visual merchandising and promotional campaigns.

• Handle customer queries and concerns politely and professionally.

• Maintain cleanliness and order within the store.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.

• Minimum 12th pass or graduate.

• Prior experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.

• Good communication skills and a presentable personality.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Friendly, motivated, and sales-oriented attitude.
