Job Description

We are hiring a female Retail Store Sales Associate to join our in-store sales team. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, customer-friendly, and passionate about sales. He or She will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring a smooth in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance.

Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.

Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.

Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is well-stocked.

Operate billing systems and manage transactions efficiently.

Support visual merchandising and promotional campaigns.

Handle customer queries and concerns politely and professionally.

Maintain cleanliness and order within the store.

Requirements:

Female candidates only.

Minimum 12th pass or graduate.

Prior experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Good communication skills and a presentable personality.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Friendly, motivated, and sales-oriented attitude.
