Job Description

Core Responsibilities

A. Individual & Subscription Sales

  • Convert leads received from website, CRM, customer support, and offline marketing.
  • Explain:
  • Subscription plans
  • Health reports & questionnaire process
  • Plants, wellness products, and services
  • Coordinate with Customer Support for login, payment, and questionnaire issues.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding post-conversion.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up notes.

B. Corporate & Builder Sales (Added Scope)

  • Handle qualified corporate, builder, and institutional leads.
  • Conduct meetings and present PPTs explaining:
  • Employee wellness programs
  • Green / sustainability initiatives
  • Subscription or project-based offerings
  • Participate in discussions with HRs, Admin heads, CSR teams, or decision-makers.
  • Understand requirements, scale, budget, and timelines.
  • Share proposals (standard formats).
  • Follow up until conversion or formal closure.
  • Coordinate internally for execution feasibility.

C. Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain individual + corporate sales pipeline in CRM.
  • Share weekly sales & corporate pipeline updates.
  • Provide feedback on objections, pricing resistance, and decision delays.

KPIs

  • Lead-to-conversion ratio (individual)
  • Corporate meetings handled
  • Proposals followed up
  • Corporate conversions (quarterly)
  • CRM accuracy
  • Customer satisfaction

Skills Required

  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Comfort with PPT explanations & discussions
  • Consultative selling mindset
  • CRM discipline
  • Ability to handle longer sales cycles patiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pimpri, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • B2B sales: 2 years (Preferred)
