Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Female)

About the Role:
We are seeking a Female Sales Coordinator to support our sales and operations team in Kochi. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in handling client communication and coordination tasks.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with sales team, clients, and vendors for smooth business operations
Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain sales records
Follow up with customers to ensure timely responses and closures
Assist in office administration related to sales
Requirements:
Female candidates preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills(English & Hindi Preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Prior experience in sales coordination or administration preferred (freshers may also apply)
