Job Description

Sales Coordinator Cum Business Development Executive is the one who is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring that targets are met, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.
Sales Strategy Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with company objectives.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and optimize sales efforts.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.
Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service and upholds the company’s reputation.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Sales Operations:
Achieve assigned Sales Target by self & by team.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including scheduling and resource allocation.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Oversee the use of CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage sales activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
