Experience: 01 To 03 Year in years of experience in Sales coordination/assistant roles.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities:

– sales team with client communication, follow-ups, and order updates.
– sales team with day-to-day sales operations. – Coordinate sales teams and communicate project, event, or campaign goals. – Monitor team progress, identify issues, and suggest improvements. – Prepare and maintain sales reports, trackers, and presentations. – Create and distribute presentations and support documents. – Provide after-sales support and handle customer complaints. – Prepare monthly sales reports and collections feedback. – Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, logistics, operations) to ensure smooth order execution. – Create daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management. – Track sales performance metrics, targets, and sales pipeline. – Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP software preferred.
