Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries from India MART and other business portals efficiently.
  • Reach out to prospective clients via cold calls to generate sales opportunities.
  • Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and follow-up emails for clients.
  • Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and client follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline data.
  • Act as a point of contact between the sales team, other departments, and clients.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses or redirect to the appropriate personnel.
  • Prepare and manage tender documents as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
