Job Title: Sales Coordinator – Payment & Order Collection

Location: [Shilaj, Ahmedabad]
Experience: 1–2 years
Employment Type: 10 to 7

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and process customer orders.
  • Follow up with clients for timely payments and order confirmations.
  • Maintain records of orders, collections, and pending dues.
  • Prepare invoices, payment reminders, and daily reports.
  • Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for smooth order & payment flow.
  • Handle basic customer queries related to orders and payments.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication & follow-up skills
  • Basic MS Excel & email knowledge
  • Organized and detail-oriented

Qualifications:

  • Graduate (Commerce/Management preferred, not mandatory)
