Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator (Female) to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will assist in client communication, maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal departments to streamline the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with sales team to manage schedules, follow up on leads, and update client records.

Handle incoming customer queries and provide information about products/services.

Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and proposals to clients.

Follow up with clients for payments, orders, or feedback.

Requirements:

Female candidates only (as per company policy).

Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred in Business, Commerce, or similar).

1–2 years of experience in sales coordination or customer support.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Good communication skills (verbal and written in English and local language).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team.
