You will be the backbone of our sales department, bridging the gap between our customers, sales team, and logistics.
Manage sales schedules, filings, and internal communications.
Process orders with high accuracy and timeliness.
Provide excellent after-sales support and handle customer queries.
Maintain updated customer records (CRM/Excel) and prepare sales reports.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse for seamless order fulfillment.
