JOB LOCATION - Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana

QUALIFICATION - ANY GRADUATE

1. To mail the quotation and Performa Invoice to the clients as per instructions and communicate the same as per mail and whatsaapp

2. Regualry follow up with the clients for orders and payments on call

3. To coordinate with the customers, about daily queries, tentative dispatch dates, Quotations, Performa Invoices etc,

4. To mail the customers as and when required, like Festivle Wishes, Independence Day wishes etc,

5. To be a inter link between the internal part of organization and the customers and to provide all relevant information to the customer as and when required or necessary to provide to the client,

6. To communicate dispatch details (Packing List, Lr Copy Invoice Copy) , order status sheet, payment reminder on mail or Whatsapp/written to the customers as and when required

7. To send the cylinders quotation and performa invoice to the customers, and take the approval of cylinder proof as and when required

8. To play a vital role in a customer on boarding process

9. To Solve the Customer’s Issues Amicably and Politely, never get into the arguments with the customer

10. To share the Daily, weekly, Monthly MIS Reports as and when asked

11. To closely work with Management on Solving and communicating customer’s Issues and solution

12. To share the Introductory Mails/ Whatsapp to customer

13. To provide back-end support to the Business Development team and fulfill their support requirements

14. To coordinate with relative agency for Marketing Development to get the work done

15. To represent the Company in the Trade & Shows to support the Busines Development Team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
