ROLE : Being responsible for ensuring timely and correct delivery of products

PROFILE : Specific qualification is not mandatory. 2-10 years experience in handling order processing Knowledge of exports will be an added advantage dispatch

Job Description

 Managing all the sales local & exports related activity of the company.

 Preparing Quotations, Tax Invoices, Performa Invoice.

 Maintaining Dispatch Sheet for consignments sent across all with builty details & Courier receipts of documents sent.

 Maintaining & filing all dispatch related documents.

 Preparing Sales Executive Visit Data & co ordinating with them on Field Visit

 Co-ordinating for Catalogue, Advertisement /Banners & preparations for exhibitions

 Attending Walk in Customer

 Handling customer enquiries whilst providing a high quality of service to each caller.

 Writing up accurate and grammatically correct sales correspondence.

 Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.

 Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner.

 Ordering and ensuring the delivery of goods to customers.

 Supporting the field sales team.

 Ensuring that staff uniforms and personal appearance are always clean and professional.

 Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.

 Organising sales promotions through Email & WhatsApp

 Contacting potential customers to arrange appointments.

 Speaking with customers using clear and professional language.

 Resolving any sales related issues with customers.

 Completing the administrative needs of the Sales Department.

 Making follow-up calls to confirm sales orders or delivery dates.

 Responding to sales queries via phone, e-mail and in writing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
