Sales Coordinator

As a candidate for the position, your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with different Key Account Managers (KAMs) for order processing - Liaising with the Production team to track production status and product availability - Dispatching various products according to requirements - Coordinating between dispatch, accounts, and Production team - Updating sale orders and dispatch documents as necessary - Tracking sale orders, open purchase orders (POs), and updating them in the Management Information System (MIS) - Monitoring and managing Hub refill levels - Ensuring Hub fulfillment based on minimum/safety levels and marketing requirements - Alerting the Production team regarding production demands - Processing POs and creating sale orders - Directly coordinating with Toll customers for orders and other sales-related communications - Timely updating of the MIS in SAP - Ensuring on-time dispatch of products - Providing dispatch status updates to KAMs and Toll customers - Escalating and updating delays and customer feedback in a timely manner The skills required for this role include: - Excellent communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills - Natural inclination towards sales - Effective coordination abilities In terms of technical and functional proficiency, you should have: - Exposure to SAP - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ideally, you should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, and any degree qualification would be acceptable for this position.,
